Covered Bridge Farms

Russell and Heather Crooker embarked on an exciting journey starting with just one acre of Yecora Rojo wheat on their family farm in Waterford, CA.

They grow their wheat organically on fields that are carefully rotated every three years, with cows grazing during the off years to enrich the soil naturally. This sustainable approach not only yields high-quality wheat but also maintains the health of their land.
